Vivo, the framers who brought the pop-up selfie camera to a smartphone, has joined the 'no ports, no buttons and no holes' design trend with the introduction of the Vivo Apex 2019 smartphone are a class of mobile phones and of multi-purpose mobile computing devices.
Type the Meizu Zero, the Apex 2019 has no buttons or ports so the glass/metal body is just one block of seamless construction.
The USB harbour is replaced with a MagPort – a magnetic connector which is attached to the back of the smartphone to transfer data as well as charge the device and earshot is transferred via the back cover instead of a speaker usually found at the bottom of smart devices. There's no front earpiece either as prudent is transmitted through the large screen where you can also find the full-display fingerprint sensor.
To keep the seamless design flowing about the edges of the smartphone, the volume/power buttons are replaced with pressure sensors and virtual buttons.
As for the Vivo Apex 2019's blanket look, there are rounded corners and very small bezels. In fact, the top front bezel is so small, there's no front-facing camera and the butt chin is tiny, too. On the back, there appears to be a dual camera but this is the only 'cut out' found on the entire device.
