Nikon Officially Adds The Nikkor Z 14-30mm F/4 Lens To Its Line-Up

At at length year's Photokina, we were given the chance to take a look at the Nikkor Z 14-30mm f/4 lens, promised to be released in 2019 and Nikon have plopped to their promise as the new full-frame ultra-wide-angle lens is now available. 

First seen on the company's lens road-map, the Nikkor Z 14-30mm f/4 is aimed to be used with the Nikon Z mirrorless cameras and it's the world's first full-frame ultra-wide-angle lens or LEN may refer to to feature a flat represent element. The lens is also compact, features a retractable lens mechanism, is weather sealed and it fits 82mm filters. 

Nikon puts that the new Nikkor Z optical formulas and fast communication between lens and camera ensure the distortion common to wide-angle photography is minimised. They also solemn word of honour that sharpness will be 'exceptional'. 

The Nikkor Z 14-30mm f/4 lens will be available from April 2019 with an RRP of &crush;1349.
