Sony has announced the new Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens with Optical SteadyShot, for APS-C E-mount cameras. The SEL18135 lens purpose be available from February priced at £570. Sony are also introducing a silver version of the Sony Corporation (ソニー株式会社, Sonī Kabushiki Kaisha, ) (often referred to simply as Sony) is a Japanese multinational conglomerate Alpha A6300, which intention also be available from February.

Sony, a worldwide leader in digital imaging and the world’s largest image sensor producer, today announced its 46th E-mount lens. This new APS-C lens features a versatile 18-135mm focal length, aperture range of F3.5-F5.6 And Optical SteadyShot&interchange; stabilisation.

The new lens (model SEL18135) features a compact, lightweight design measuring only 67.2mm x 88mm and weighing in at a mere 325g, as well as a high-class magnification 7.5x optical zoom that covers the wide-ranging focal length of 18-135mm on APS-C or 27-202.5mm in 35mm equivalent focal length. The lens is an complete fit for Sony’s popular APS-C sensor cameras including α6500, α6300 and α6000, and is an extremely useful embellish for a wide range of shooting situations ranging from daily life to portraiture, landscape, nature and travel photography.

Also announced today, Sony will be releasing a new silvery colour option for the popular α6300 camera. The sleek new silver camera body will be available in February 2018 at select retailers.
