The Hasselblad X1D-50c has reached new extreme fells for image quality, achieving the highest DxOMark score of 102 points for any commercially-available sensor they have tested to date.

According to DxO, the X1D-50c 'beats in all three of our measurement categories' and 'also achieves either the best or very close to the best results for both colour insight and dynamic range.'

However, even though the image quality of the X1D-50c is excellent, it's not massively better than the Nikon D850 DSLR or the Sony A7R II, by oneself from in low light. The Nikon D850 was actually tested by the DxO team at the start of October and it was the first DSLR to hit 100 points on a DxO test.
